About Us:
jscreen® is a national non-profit organization committed to the prevention of genetic diseases through at-home, affordable, cutting-edge genetic testing and counseling. Established in 2013 with a mission to serve the Jewish community, jscreen continues its focus within this community while simultaneously expanding to serve more at-risk communities. jscreen’s model integrates testing with genetic care navigation & counseling. Our commitment extends beyond testing to supporting individuals and families through informed, supported healthcare decisions.
Role Summary
We're hiring a Product Marketing Lead (with an AI-first mindset) with deep healthcare and mission-driven experience to own how jscreen brings our integrated genetic care navigation and genetic tests to market and how we continuously sharpen our content and messaging. You'll lead GTM strategy and execution, build differentiated positioning, and ensure every channel owner has the assets they need; across our B2C marketing engine and partner/clinic channel. AI is central to how you work; your AI use enables one person to operate like a team. This role also requires strong human judgement, strategy, and taste; sensitivity to clinical accuracy, and experience operating in high-trust healthcare environments.
You will oversee content marketing: setting strategy, writing content, managing the calendar, and ensuring clinical accuracy and brand consistency across every touchpoint. This role reports to the SVP of Commercial.
What You’ll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution
- Build end-to-end GTM strategies and launch plans for new products (e.g., new genetic tests, new & current care navigation services), including objectives, target audiences, channel strategy, timeline, and measurement plan.
- Define the GTM asset plan and project schedule for each campaign and launch: what each channel needs, by when, what "good" looks like; keeping creative, channel owners, and partners aligned to integrated marketing priorities.
- Partner with Digital, Lifecycle, Field, Partnerships, and Customer Service/Operations to coordinate product and campaign launches across channels and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Develop integrated briefs that connect audience insight, clinical credibility, and a single strategic narrative so every channel ladders to the same spine.
- Develop and manage an integrated marketing calendar and budget aligned to: campaigns, launch plans, creative deadlines, channel flighting, and cross-team dependencies.
Positioning, Content Strategy & Asset Development
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that works across all channels, collaborating with the digital marketing team to optimize copy for CRO while balancing performance with brand trust and long-term relationships..
- Build and maintain the source-of-truth Product Marketing inputs: a messaging playbook and evergreen asset library: content/messaging pillars, proof points, objection handling, FAQs, tone guidance, core decks, one-pagers, product explainers, and "what to say/what not to say" guidance.
- Translate clinical/scientific concepts into consumer-friendly language that is accurate, empathetic, and action-driving.
- Define and refine audience segments (personas, intents, life stages, cultural/community contexts) and tailor messaging by segment and channel.
- Own the content marketing strategy that supports product GTM, evergreen education, and ongoing conversion optimization; balancing trust-building, clarity, and performance.
- Develop content pillars and narratives that make genetics understandable and motivating, including objection-handling and decision support.
- Use AI tools/agents as your primary workflow for: content production engine; create briefs, generate options, select with taste, refine for brand voice and clinical accuracy. Oversee content QA and performance feedback loops.
Measurement, Experiments, and Performance Collaboration
- Own product and integrated campaign retrospectives and iteration plans, turning learnings into improvements in messaging, conversion, and follow-through.
- Define success metrics for launches and new content.
- Partner with Digital and Field to design experiments that test messaging, content formats, audiences, offers; synthesize results into recommendations. Structure all recommendations as experiments with hypotheses, test design, and success criteria.
- Maintain a living “what’s working” library of proven claims, angles, FAQs, and content learnings.
What You Bring
- 6–8 years in product marketing with deep ownership of GTM, positioning, launches, and content strategy.
- Experience in DTC healthcare, genetics, diagnostics. Previous work collaborating with clinical teams.
- Daily, fluent use of AI (beyond just LLM chat) as your primary engine for content, research, analysis, and workflow automation. You build context files, run AI-assisted experiments, and treat the human-AI loop (brief -> options -> select -> refine) as your default operating mode. Ability to identify AI agent opportunities and spec requirements for a developer to build is a strong plus.
- Built messaging architecture; positioning, key messages, proof points, objection handling, FAQs, and talk tracks; and shipped GTM materials zero-to-launch across web, lifecycle, paid, and partner channels.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, persuasive consumer messaging (healthcare/diagnostics/genetics or other high-trust categories a plus).
- Passion for jscreen’s mission
- Data fluency: comfortable using performance signals to prioritize, iterate, and make calls. You default to structured experiments over opinions.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package and mission driven organization.
- A leadership role at the forefront of the genetic testing industry, with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- An innovative and supportive work environment where ideas can flourish and are encouraged.
