His extensive track record includes compelling examples of organic and inorganic business growth, establishing trusted senior management relationships, developing a vast global network, implementing transformative strategies, technology and innovative solution builds and developing thought leadership. He has extensive experience in executive coaching and mentoring to drive performance and personal development.

Mr. Brooks formed Concentric Health & Wellness, LLC to actively engage in enhancing organizational and leadership development of leaders. Through this, he provides coaching to individuals at various career points including: entry level, emerging leaders, new positions, transitioning, and established leaders looking for legacies.

Mr. Brooks served as trusted advisor to multinational health science organizations and led cross functional teams and advised transformational programs including strategy development, M&A, digital customer engagement, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience/capability enhancement resulting in significant top line growth, margin enhancement, compliance, and enhanced employee engagement. Mr. Books serves on several boards including: jscreen, Breakthrough T1D, Makosi, Philadelphia Eagles Charities, and Phila. Art Museum.

Jennifer Childs-Roshak, MD, MBA, is a retired physician leader dedicated to advancing equitable, community-centered health care. A board-certified family physician, she brings deep experience in clinical practice, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy to her work improving health outcomes and access for all.

Dr. Childs-Roshak earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She began her career in family medicine, where she saw firsthand the importance of prevention, compassion, and addressing the social factors that shape health.

As the first physician to serve as President and CEO of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, Dr. Childs-Roshak led the organization through a period of growth and innovation—expanding access to care, strengthening advocacy, and launching new telehealth and education initiatives. She previously held leadership roles at Atrius Health/ Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Milford Regional Medical Center and Family Health of Worcester (an FQHC).

Passionate about healthcare access and community well-being, in retirement Dr. Childs-Roshak serves on nonprofit boards and advisory groups focused on public health, health equity and patient-centered care. She lives in northern New England, where she enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Dr. Matt Goldstein is a dedicated physician-scientist and entrepreneur with a passion for advancing genetic research. As CEO of jscreen, he focuses on providing accessible, life-saving genetic testing to empower individuals with critical health insights. With extensive experience in biotech, Dr. Goldstein has led major initiatives, including founding and guiding companies like Tango Therapeutics and Neon Therapeutics through pivotal clinical developments and strategic partnerships. A graduate of Stanford University's MD/PhD program, he completed his clinical training at Harvard Medical School. Driven by both professional and personal experiences, including the loss of his eldest daughter, Havi, to Tay-Sachs disease, Dr. Goldstein is deeply committed to jscreen's mission of proactive health management.

Ms. Anna Imperial lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is part of the Nicholas Hoffman & Co. team, a nationally recognized financial advising firm ranked among CNBC’s Top 50 in the country. In her current role, Anna brings a unique perspective that bridges analytical precision with a deep commitment to improving the well-being of others.

Before transitioning into the financial sector, Ms. Imperial built a strong foundation in healthcare. She earned her degree while studying preventative healthcare in Cuba, an experience that shaped her global understanding of medicine, access, and equity. Following graduation, she spent several years in the healthcare technology space, working with innovative startups focused on expanding access to care and modernizing patient solutions.

Ms. Imperial’s personal and professional worlds came together after her own experience with jscreen. Inspired by the organization’s mission and impact, she joined the organization’s Board of Directors in the spring of 2025, where she contributes her strategic insight and passion for public health advocacy.

In April 2025, she and her husband welcomed their daughter, Effie Luise Imperial, and remain deeply grateful for the role genetic testing played in ensuring their family’s health. Ms. Imperial continues to champion the importance of proactive health education and accessible genetic screening for all families, combining her backgrounds in finance, healthcare, and community leadership to make a lasting difference.

Dr. Peng Jin serves as professor and chair in the Department of Human Genetics at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Jin is a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He received his doctorate degree in Molecular and Developmental Biology from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati, and postdoctoral training at Emory University. At Emory, Dr. Jin studies the roles of noncoding RNAs and epigenetic modulation in neural development and brain disorders. He is the recipient of Beckman Young Investigator Award, Basil O’Connor Scholar Research Award, Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow in Neuroscience, and NARSAD Independent Investigator Award. He has been a long time advocate for jscreen and became one of the first directors to serve on its board.

Mr. Charles Lord is currently the Managing Principal at Renew Energy Partners, an energy efficiency development and finance firm that he launched in 2013 with colleagues from Serrafix, a strategic consulting group advising cities, businesses and foundations on energy efficiency, transportation and smart growth. Prior to Serrafix, he was a principal at SCRC, an investment manager focusing on sustainable infrastructure (energy, waste and water), with an emphasis on emerging markets.

Mr. Lord also founded and scaled two social ventures in the sustainability sector, including Alternatives for Community & Environment (ACE), the largest environmental justice center in the Northeast, based in Roxbury, MA where he served as Co-Director until 1998 and on the Board until 2004. In 1998, he founded the Urban Ecology Institute at Boston College, and he served as UEI’s Executive Director until 2008. Mr. Lord taught in the Environmental Studies Program at Boston College until 2010. He has published numerous articles on environmental law, environmental justice and environmental policy. He joined the board of jscreen in the spring of2025.

Jon Sadow is the Vice President of Product for Sportsbook at FanDuel, where he leads product strategy and innovation for one of the most recognized names in sports betting and entertainment. A lifelong problem-solver with a passion for building impactful consumer experiences, Jon has spent his career at the intersection of technology, mobility, and product leadership.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Jon graduated from The George Washington University in 2010 with a degree in Finance and International Business. He began his career at Google in San Francisco, where he served as a Product Manager focused on launching and scaling global products. In 2015, he co-founded Scoop, which grew to become the largest enterprise carpooling network in the United States. Over nearly a decade, he raised more than $100 million in venture funding and scaled the company to 175 employees, helping redefine how employers approached workplace mobility and sustainability before leading Scoop through its next phase in 2024.

Jon now brings that same entrepreneurial mindset to FanDuel, guiding the evolution of its Sportsbook product to deliver innovative, responsible, and user-centric experiences for millions of fans nationwide. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Michelle, and their three children — Hannah, Ezra, and Ruth.

She executive produced Netflix’s Oscar-nominated films End Game and funded Extremis. Her most recent film, Robin's Wish, is a biographical documentary about the final years of actor and comedian, Robin Williams. Dr. Ungerleider is the secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Sutter Health CPMC Foundation in San Francisco and is an advisory board member of the Providence Health Institute for Human Caring.

Ms. Zimmerman has repeatedly taken on roles that required becoming an expert in new industries, scientific innovations, and new technologies to launch new products to market in a focused and strategic way.

Ms. Zimmerman spent over five years in a genetics and health information company that spun out of an academic medical center and eventually went public. During her tenure there, she ran business development, built and scaled the precision oncology line of business to tens of millions in run rate revenue and earned an expanded remit as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Prior to serving on jscreen’s Board of Directors, she served as a thought partner and consultant to the organization.
