He has extensive experience in executive coaching and mentoring to drive performance and personal development.
Mr. Brooks formed Concentric Health & Wellness, LLC to actively engage in enhancing organizational and leadership development of leaders. Through this, he provides coaching to individuals at various career points including: entry level, emerging leaders, new positions, transitioning, and established leaders looking for legacies.
Mr. Brooks served as trusted advisor to multinational health science organizations and led cross functional teams and advised transformational programs including strategy development, M&A, digital customer engagement, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience/capability enhancement resulting in significant top line growth, margin enhancement, compliance, and enhanced employee engagement.
